The best miracle for our kitty
Kiki my 14 yo kitty was diagnosed with CKF in August after having normal bloodwork in May during her annual senior panel physical. Her decline was swift and devastating. Her normal 14 lb ginger body shrunk to 11 lbs and I could count her vertebrae. Our family was inconsolable and we began to say our goodbyes & try to decide what to do and when for her best comfort. Her normal appetite was completely gone and sometimes just smelling food would make her gag. No eating. I was syringe feeding her baby food just to get calories into her wasting body. We started this miracle ointment on her ear and overnight she was hungry again. This drug has extended her life and we are so grateful. She looks great and somewhat filled in again and seems happy & comfortable.

Something is wrong …
I have purchased this product from you for the past 4+ years. There is something wrong in the manufacturing of the medicine in tube. I opened a brand new tube and had to squeeze half the tube before any medication came out. I have another brand new tube and hesitate to open that one.
Please refund me or send replacement. This is unacceptable you need to follow up with manufacture.

Innefective
From Nova ScotiaComments about Mirataz (mirtazapine) Transdermal OintmentPrescribed by my vet for inappetance. This medication is 100% ineffective. Very disappointed as it is very expensive and I cannot give my cat tablets. I tried it over several days and it did nothing. I would not recommend at all. Don't waste your money. -

Mirataz works!
From UndisclosedComments about Mirataz (mirtazapine) Transdermal Ointment 20mg/1g, 5g TubeOur very senior cat has been in 4th stage CKD for nearly two years. His appetite needs a boost about once a month and Mirataz works amazingly well. Within 15 minutes after we apply it to his ear, he heads for his food dish.-

Sometimes it works
From UndisclosedComments about Mirataz (mirtazapine) Transdermal Ointment 20mg/1g, 5g TubeVet prescribed this for my 12-YO male cat who has IBD and intestinal lymphoma and is being treated with chlorambucil. I can't really say if this is helping his appetite or not, because some days he just doesn't want to eat, probably because of the chemo. My vet had prescribed it for my 12-YO female about a year ago when she decided she didn't want to eat for a couple of days (nothing came up in any tests) and it worked like a charm.-
Sometimes I just like to lay on the pool float next to the pool!

This Medication works 100%
From Matthews/Charlotte,N.C.Comments about Mirataz (mirtazapine) Transdermal Ointment 20mg/1g, 5g TubeI administer based on Cat & a all things considered. I am not advising or giving directions other than your Veterinarian or directions advise. I rotate my dose as instructed. But I give my cat 1-3 days of dose if appetite has decreased. I stop until I decide when needed again. Dose is given in AM. I rub the dose into the entire inner ear very well with protective gloves. Any I think is left over I rub into opposite ear. I offer my cat multiple types of food about 1 hr after dose is given. If my cat consumes only a small amt, then offer another type of his favorite food & continue thru.out day/evening. This works 100%-
