Damaged Deliveries
Please examine your order upon receipt. If you are concerned that you may have received the wrong item or that your products are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or 866-761-6578. If any item (OTC or Rx) has arrived damaged or faulty, we will work with you to find a solution. We may replace the damaged item or refund you for it.
Please note that our pharmacists and pharmacy technicians presume your pet needs the medications and supplements you order from our pharmacy as quickly as possible. Our expectation is you will start giving the medication or supplement soon after the delivery of your order. We may not be able to offer extended expiration dating.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Return Policy
Over-the-counter items that do not require refrigeration can be returned with prior approval. Unopened OTC products can be returned with the following conditions:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
- We cannot refund shipping or sales tax charges.
- All returns are subject to a 10% disposal fee when we take title to the returned items or a 10% refund administration fee when we do not take title to the items.
- Any shipping charges to return an OTC to our pharmacy are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund amounts are based on the product price paid after discounts and before shipping charges.
Please send an email to [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and directions. Refund transactions can take up to 10 to 14 business days for processing and are applied to the credit card used during checkout. Please note that our pharmacy does not reship any items that have been returned.
Prescription (Rx) Return Policy
Prescription items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund if they are no longer needed or wanted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
