Antinol for Dogs and Cats
Playing, running, jumping, and walking are some of the physical demands involved in the activities we have with our pets. Even the daily set of stairs or the jumping in and out of the car can add stress to their joints, at any age. Factors like weight, breed, age, and diet can also affect joint health. Antinol works to keep your dog or cat on the go, for longer. Made with the extract of green lipped mussels, Antinol features a highly concentrated blend of natural fatty acids, including Omega 3 fatty acids to support tendons, ligaments, and tissue. It is designed for daily and long-term joint care to keep your pet comfortable and mobile. Antinol softgels can be given whole or mixed with food. Antinol is available in separate formulas for dogs and cats.

I will keep buying.
From undisclosedComments about AntinolThe vet gave me a sample of Antinol for cats when my cat was in severe pain from arthritis. Amazingly she has been pain free since...about 8 months now. She will not simply swallow the capsule, that would be too easy. FIrst I stuck it with a big needle and squeezed the oil onto food---and my fingers. It does smell! By accident we discovered that the capsule will dissolve in hot water. So I boil about 4 Tablespoons of water in a mug in the microwave, drop in the capsule, and collect the oil with a teaspoon and put it over some canned food. The oil bonds easily to make a big bubble, She likes to drink the water too. -

Definitely helping my senior little guy
From undisclosedComments about AntinolMy 15-lb terrier poodle mix is a rescue so I don't know his exact age...a little north of 12. A year ago he became symptomatic of arthritis in his hind quarters and this was limiting our walks and outdoor play in a grassy field. My vet told me that the local Antinol rep had said that they were seeing results within 2 weeks of starting the daily dosage. My vet tried it on his own dog and saw a benefit in just 3 days. So I decided to give it a try. I started giving Oliver one soft gel in his daily supper. During the first week I saw no improvement; he was still favoring a hind leg and limping when he got tired. Same thing on day 8 and 9. Then suddenly, on day 10...no pain and no limping. He ran like a puppy. Over the next month, although we didn't play every day, he was improved almost every time we romped in the field. I noticed only 3 days in that month when he seemed to have pain. We're now 7 or 8 months in and he occasionally exhibits pain or tenderness, but we've also been dealing with frigid temperatures in Minnesota for months. Overall, he is greatly improved on the Antinol and I'll continue to give it to him daily for as long as it helps. -
certainly worth it

Can you tell me what size Antinol capsules are??
-
Anitnol capsules come in 30 or 60 count packages. The manufacturer states that the capsule can be given right from your hand, or mixed into a bowl with regular food. If this size is still too difficult for your pet to ingest, the manufacturer suggests that you cut it open and mix it in with the food.

Hi there, I have a 7yo, 3 month old lab/pit mix tripod (missing rear right leg) currently exhibiting sxs of possible arthritis in remaining rear hip. She was recently started on 2 week trial of Meloxicam for pain/inflammation, and currently takes Omega 3 supplements as well. I spoke to her vet about possibly starting her on Antinol as well, but wondering what-if anything-additional you might suggest. I've read that Ester C can also be helpful, as can a host of additional supplements, but just not sure of which route to go for my girl. Thanks in advance!?
