Vetri Disc
What is Vetri-Disc:
Vetri-Disc is a supplement which may support structure and function of the spine and connective tissue in dogs. The supplement contains chondroitin, vitamin C, L-taurine, manganese, L-serine, calcium, equisetum arvense, magnesium, vitamin B6, potassium citrate, pepsin, zinc and vitamin D3. Together these ingredients may help with your dog’s back disorders.
How to use Vetri-Disc:
Contact your veterinarian to see if Vetri-Disc is appropriate for your pet and to identify the best dose. Special caution should be taken in dogs taking anticoagulants, dogs with diabetes, clotting disorders, metabolic disorders, history of urinary tract stones, and dogs with allergies to shellfish. Giving the capsules with food reduces the chances of your dog having stomach upset because of the supplement.
- Dogs weighing 15 lbs and under: 1 capsule daily
- Dogs weighing 16 - 35 lbs: 1 capsule in the AM and 1 capsule in the PM daily
- Dogs weighing 36-80 lbs: 2 capsules in the AM and 1 capsules in the PM daily OR 1 capsule in the AM and 2 capsules in the PM daily
- Dogs weighing over 80 lbs: 2 capsules in the AM and 2 capsules in the PM daily

Excellent supplement for disc issues.
From Boulder, COComments about Vetri DiscBased on advice from our vet, we have been using this product on our 11 year-old lab who blew a disc 8 months ago. She has shown steady improvement, we believe due to a combination of Vetri-disc, acupuncture, chiropractic, and Rx meds which were discontinued several months ago. We will continue to use Vetri-disc for the foreseeable future until all symptoms disappear.
