  • Vet Classics has two products for allergies: Allergy Skin and Coat Soft Chews and Allergy Hot Spot Foam.

Allergy Skin and Coat Chews

  • The Allergy Skin and Coat Chews are especially formulated for dogs and cats to help support proper skin moisture and respiratory health.
  • The Allergy Skin and Coat Chews contain antioxidants to suport a normal immune system and assist in combatting environmental pollutants. The chews also have Omega-3 Fatty Acids, DHA and EPA, for skin health.

Allergy Hot Spot Foam

  • Allergy Hot Spot Foam is designed to relieve itchy, irritated skin on pets with allergies or sensitivities.
  • The Allergy Hot Spot Foam soothes on contact with tea tree oil and aloe vera. It also has a bittering agent that helps deter gnawing and chewing.
  • The foam application is quiet and is ideal for pets sensitive to the sound of sprayers.
  • Allergy Hot Spot Foam dries quickly and can be used with spot on flea products.

What else should I know about VetClassics Allergy Products?

  • Allergy Skin and Coat Chews are recommended for use in dogs and cats over the age of 12 weeks.

What problems could my dog or cat have with VetClassics Allergy Products?

  • Keep out of the reach of children and animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately.
  • If animal's condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian.

Allergy Skin and Coat Soft Chews

  • May be a GI irritant and should not be used in high doses with anticoagulant drugs (blood thinners) or patients with stomach ulcers.
  • Not to be used with blood thinners.
  • Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. 
Allergy Hot Spot Foam
  • Avoid contact with eyes.

How do you use VetClassics Allergy Products?

 

  • Use as directed by your veterinarian.

 

Allergy Skin and Coat Soft Chews

  • Dogs and cats up to 20 lbs, 2 soft chews daily. Dogs 21 to 40 lbs, 3 soft chews daily. Dogs 41 to 60 lbs, 4 soft chews daily. Dogs over 60 lbs, 6 soft chews daily.
  • Amount can be divided among morning and evening meals if desired.
Allergy Hot Spot Foam
  • Shake gently. Apply 1 to 3 pumps to itchy, scaly, or irritated areas of the skin. For optimal results, pat softly to evenly distribute the product.
  • Can be used up to 3 times a day or as needed.

  • Active ingredients per 2 soft chews: Omega 3 Fatty Acid (Fish Oil) 53 mg, Tumeric Root 50 mg, Grape Seed Extract 25 mg, Quercetin 25 mg, Pumpkin Powder 25 mg, Bromelain 25 mg, EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 21 mg, DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 14 mg.
  • Inactive ingredients: Brewers Dried Yeast, Canola Oil, Citric Acid, Dried Potato Product, Flaxseed, Glycerin, Lecithin, Maltodextrin, Mixed Tocopherols, Natural Flavoring, Rosemary Extract, Sorbic Acid, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil, Water.
Allergy Hot Spot Foam
  • Ingredients: Deionized Water, Chembetaine, Witch Hazel, Polysorbate, Aloe Vera Extract, Citric Acid, Tea Tree Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Bittering Agent.
