My finicky mini eskie loves these!
From UndisclosedComments about OraVet Dental Hygiene ChewsMy finicky mini eskie loves these! I used to use greenies, but the vet gave us a starter sample after a recent dental. So far so good! He has a sensitive stomach, and we haven't had any problems with that. I bought more of these, and plan to continue to use them. -

Good
From UndisclosedComments about OraVet Dental Hygiene ChewsThey have a pleasant peanutty aroma. The dogs like them and take them eagerly. They don't inhale them but have a good chew. They are hygienic, individually wrapped. This makes sharing them socially smooth. -
A real hit!
From UndisclosedComments about OraVet Dental Hygiene ChewsI give these chews to my two mini poodles every evening. Since I began using them a couple of months ago at the recommendation of my vet, both dogs' teeth are considerably cleaner (I do brush their teeth once a week as well). A side benefit is that both dogs love these chews and consider them treats! -

Dogs love them
From UndisclosedComments about OraVet Dental Hygiene ChewsI have a beagle and yorkie who both love these. I do break them up for the yorkie as she has a tendency to bite off pieces that are too big for her. They definitely help to keep their breath fresh. -

Should this be used in conjunction with Oravet gel or would I choose one over the other? Wondering if the chews would dissolve the gel coating. Which product is more effective??

The manufacturer recommends waiting 2 weeks after ORAVET Plaque Prevention Gel is applied to begin giving dogs OraVet Dental Hygiene Chews, as the mechanical abrasion of the chews will remove the sealant.
