K-Pectin is a palatable oral liquid that helps relieve diarrhea and symptoms associated with diarrhea. It contains kaolin to help absorb toxins and pectin as a dietary soluble fiber. What cat likes cherry flavoring?
From So CalComments about K-PectinThe vet prescribed this for our cat, who is suffering from diarrhea caused by antibiotics. We were told that it has a pleasant flavor. It was a bit surprising to find out that it was light pink and cherry flavored for a pet medication. Something like tuna flavor would have been more appropriate if we want the cat to cooperate in swallowing it. What were they thinking?
