My dog has IBD and biliary response, I.e., vomits in morning before eating. My vet prescribed Vetri Mega Probiotic (not the BD version). I also researched probiotics and purchased Daily Dog by Full Bucket. My dilemma is: I have him on both Daily Dog and Vetri Mega, but he is still having morning vomiting of bile. These products have definitely helped, but not eliminated the IBD symptoms of diarrhea and gas (about 70% better, so not complaining). Can you tell me if I should switch Vetri Mega Probiotic for Vetri Probiotic BD, since there are digestive enzymes, or does the added Full Bucket Daily Dog handle the enzymes. Noticed there are additional enzymes in BD, but probiotic count is way lower than Mega. Any suggestions are helpful to me in fighting this syndrome.?

The Vetri Mega only contains probiotics whereas the Vetri Probiotic BD includes probiotics and digestive enzymes. The Vetri Mega functions primarily as a probiotic supplement to help replace the gut bacteria, the Vetri Probiotic BD is indicated to help soothe the digestive tract lining, support digestion, and support the gut bacteria. The Full Bucket Daily Dog includes probiotics, prebiotics and digestive enzymes. Using these supplements may help reduce symptoms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, but we recommend consulting with your veterinarian before switching and to determine which product best suits your pet's needs. Thank you, VetRxDirect
