Great and Effective Product
From Stony Point, NY, USAComments about Frontline Plus for DogsOur vet started us on Vectra 3D, but within 2 weeks we had found 4 ticks on our dog that we had to remove. We also looked into them and found out that many dogs had negative reactions, so we switched over to Frontline Plus. Since switching we have not found a single tick on the dog, even after a long hike through the woods. Would Definitely recommend. -

It works!
From Warrenton, VA, USAComments about Frontline Plus for DogsWe've used Frontline on our mutt, Juno, since we adopted him in 2011. We live in an area where deer ticks are plentiful. Frontline protects Juno but what we have experienced is that sometimes he picks up ticks and brings them in the house but they soon realize he is treated so they jump ship....and get on the furniture - or us. I've often thought that perhaps I should put Frontline on MY neck! -

Are the vial contents EPA approved even though it is manufactured in France? I have read that only Merial products produced in the US are EPA approved and guaranteed to have the correct contents, thus safe for the dog.?
-
The EPA has helped minimize the distribution and selling of counterfeit medications in the United States. Frontline products have had counterfeit issues in the past . All of VetRxDirect medication purchases are acquired through reputable resources compliant with the FDA/EPA. Our pharmacy is just like your local pharmacy but with our only focus being small companion animals. Thank you, VetRxDirect

What is the appropriate dose of frontline plus for a 145 lb dog? Thanks. Gail?
-
Gail, The recommendation is to purchase Frontline Plus sizes that combined together, will meet the dog’s weight range. In your dog's case, you would purchase both the 89-132 size and 0-22 size and apply both pipettes at the same time. Thank you, VetRxDirect
