I think my 85lb. lab mix ate 1/2 a 15ML tube of EnteDerm today. Came home from work and found the box torn up, the lid for the applicator and the metal top. She greeted me at the door like always and was excited to be fed. Should I be concerned??

do I need a prescription to buy EnteDerm??
-
Audie, EnteDerm is a prescription medication. Once an order is placed, we can send a fax over to your veterinary clinic requesting approval for the prescription or the veterinarian may choose to issue you a written prescription which you can then mail in to us. EnteDerm, however, is a medication that veterinarians will not typically approve unless the pet has been seen at the clinic recently. Thank you, VetRxDirect

My vet has issued this for our dog along with Betagen spray, and Mal-A-Ket wipes. They cost me a fortune! It's at least half price at your store. Is this ointment and these other items by prescription only??
-
Kimber, EnteDerm Ointment and Betagen both require a veterinarian's prescription. We can obtain that approval by either faxing your dog's veterinarian or you can mail us an original written prescription issued to you from the veterinarian once an order is placed. The Mal-A-Ket wipes do not require a prescription and can be ordered over-the-counter. Thank you, VetRxDirect
