Great product that shouldn't require an rx
From Saint Petersburg, FLComments about EmerAid Intensive Care OmnivoreI use this product to add a small amount of, 4-8 grams, in handfeeding formula I make up for my Pionus that can't tolerate high protein foods. The small addition per handfeeding slows the loss of grams in weight per hour. Love the product and people there. Hate that a food product has to have a prescription. Absolutely assinine. -

Igor Approved
From UndisclosedComments about EmerAid Intensive Care Omnivore 100g PowderThis product was prescribed by my vet which I don't understand why food would need a prescription. However, it mixes well and I was able to tube-feed my dove who injured his beak. It also kept him from losing weight.-

Nothing quite matches Emeraid
From UndisclosedComments about EmerAid Intensive Care Omnivore 100g PowderEmeraid has been a lifesaver for my hedgehogs over the years! I am currently using it to get extra nutrition into my hedgehog with a large oral tumor. The critical care enhances the flavor of her food, enticing her to eat more and maintaining her energy levels. We've used other critical care diets over the years, but Emeraid is the only one that my hedgehogs have enthusiastically lapped out of a bowl without having to be syringe fed. -

She loves the taste and it is beneficial.
From UndisclosedComments about EmerAid Intensive Care Omnivore 400g PowderMy Avian Vet perscribed this because she had a fine fracture on her beak. Katie-Gray is an African Grey/congo parrot. The beak healed nicely. I continue to give her a small dose daily on a walnut treat before bed. She loves tge taste! This seems to firm up her poop and... she will finally eat broccoli! I place a small amount on paper towel and roll the broccoli till finely coated, stem and floretts. This pharmacy was fast shipping and understood the nature of rural mountain mail to home/post office.-
