Q & A
-
Can I use the malacetic shampoo on a puppy (10 weeks) or is it only good for older dogs??
-
After speaking with the manufacturer, they don't have data that establishes an age limit for this product. With that being said, the manufacturer stated that they wouldn't have any greater concern for a 10 week old puppy than for an adult. Use appropriate precautions and avoid getting it in the eyes or allowing the puppy to ingest the product. And if skin irritation develops or worsens, stop using the shampoo and call manufacturer to report side effect. If you have any further questions or concerns, the manufacturer phone is 866.933.2472 or please contact your veterinarian.
