Significantly helped my senior Golden Retriever
I adopted my Golden Retriever, Alli, at the age of 11 from a rescue and she is now a few weeks shy of 16. When she first came into rescue she was pretty grouchy and apt to snap unexpectedly if touched in the wrong place or the wrong way. The rescue's vet diagnosed her with arthritis and I believe her grouchiness was very much related to pain from the arthritis. She was put on Putney carprofen right after her vet exam and has been on this medication continuously ever since. It has made a huge difference in her mobility and overall quality of life. She has never had any side effects from taking the medication and has mellowed significantly over the four years that I've been blessed to have her in my life. Ordering from Vet Rx Direct has been a very smooth and easy process and shipment is always very prompt.

I will not buy this product again
Tried Rimadyl and it was great but expensive. Tried Putney Carprofen tablets and they worked a little, then tried chewable and they did not work at all. Could see dramatic decline in overall well-being. Went back to using Rimadyl and both our Irish Terriers improved dramatically. One Irish is 15, the other 8.

Carprofen, a Generic Equivalent to Rimadyl
From south west floridaComments about Carprovet (carprofen) CapletsThis has helped my dog greatly! I could tell he was in pain by increased irritability and not wanting to play. He licked his joints often. Now he is wanting to play and no more licking. He is back to his loving self. After searching many sites and vet pharmacies I got it here for about half the price of anywhere else. -

Great Service and Savings!
From Saint Paul, MN, USAComments about Carprovet (carprofen) CapletsOur vet recently put our dog Java on Carprophen for his arthritis. He's going to have to be on this medication for the rest of his life. We love our dog but also needed to save money. We are very impressed with the great service that we've received and the medication is the same we received previously from our vet. I even asked our vet about the carprophen we've been receiving and he says it's the same that he supplies only much cheaper. -

My 12 year old Border Collie can walk well
From MontanaComments about Carprovet (carprofen) CapletsMy Border Collie of 12-1/2 years old has arthritis in his legs and hips. We're so glad that the Carprofen tablets he takes morning and evening WITH food and water agrees with him and is effective in mitigating pain. (VERY important for dog to take Carprofen WITH food.) I wrap tablet in small amount of peanut butter and place it on top of his bowl of kibble. There is no hesitation by him to swallow his tablets. The personnel at Vet RX Direct are helpful in placing orders and expediting delivery. I hope that his medication continues to relieve him of pain so that he lives to be old and happy. Otherwise he is in excellent condition and very happy.-

works for my piggie
From Virginia, USAComments about Carprovet (carprofen) CapletsI used to buy rimadyl as my vet wasn't sure of generics, but one month the rimadyl didn't seem to work well & then was unavailable (manufacturing problem?), so I tried this. It works just as well and costs much less. I use it on my 12 year old pot bellied pig. She's been on meds for 4 years with no adverse effects. -
Excellent Service and Products
From Louisville, KY, USAComments about Carprovet (carprofen) CapletsMy wife's dog is 13 years old and very frail. My vet prescribed Carpofen 100 mg twice a day for pain. I was paying over $60 dollars for a 30 day prescription. Vet RX Direct has the same medication for less than $50 which includes a 60 day supply. Vet RX Direct notified me immediately when there was a problem getting my Vet's approval. The medication was shipped out immediately once the order was placed. I highly recommend Vet RX Direct. because no one should overpay for animal medications. -
