Relief for Ferals
From UndisclosedComments about Capstar 11.4mg for Cats 2-25 lbs, 6 TabletsI purchase the tablets periodically to give to feral cats who I see scratching a lot. Unfortunately I cannot do much else since I cannot pick them up. However I also do provide catnip which also helps repels fleas. -
It Works!
From UndisclosedComments about CapstarI have 3 indoor cats and a pitbull that is house trained. Zoey, the pitbull, was bringing the fleas in with her and the cats were getting miserable with fleas just as she was. We bought a box for cats and one for large dogs. These pills work so good the cats were thoroughly confused by what happened next. This stuff drives fleas crazy where they apparently get real active and then they die. The cats are flea free after just 2 doses. Zoey's fleas are a bit different in that she still goes in and out, but still isnt as bad as she was. She got 2 pills the first month. All in all, great product. My cats and dog approve. -
In a pinch, this works
From UndisclosedComments about CapstarThis product rid my pups of fleas while I worked on ridding the house & yard. -
I would buy this product again.
From UndisclosedComments about CapstarThis product does what it states. However, it only kills the adult fleas, so I will have to buy more pills in order to keep up with reproductive cycle of the flea. -
It works
From UndisclosedComments about CapstarGreat for a quick knock down. Wish it was easier to administer. The cat that needs it the most is almost impossible to give a pill -

Does the job
From Blodgett, OR, USAComments about CapstarSassy and I hike in the woods almost everyday and I used Capstar to treat her temporarily while I decided what product to use long term i.e. collar or oral since I do not want to use the oily type you apply to their skin. She has allergies during the growing season so its kind of hard to determine if the scratching was fleas or her allergies, and I did not find any flea corpses. I had to hide it in food which was unusual since she usually eats anything presented. She didn't get sick or have digestive issues so that's a plus. Hope this helps.
