This shampoo made a huge difference
Antibiotics were not enough, not until I also started washing him 2 - 3 times a week following instructions on bottle (leaving it sitting on skin 10 minutes, rinse and repeat another 10 minutes) did we start getting ahead of the staph dermatitis spreading on him that he got from his extreme chicken allergy. Long story, I'm sure too long for this review. I Just wanted to pass along that this product seemed to have helped so much in making the difference of getting ahead of this. We do not want to chance it getting back in front of us and so I am ordering another bottle and his vet just prescribed another month of antibiotics. If your pet has a bacterial skin disorder/infection I would highly recommend for you to try Biohex Shampoo and follow instructions on bottle.

The shampoo relieved symptoms but doesn't lather.
This shampoo was recommended by my vet. It did relieve some of the allergy symptoms but the shampoo does not lather well. Since my dog is 130 lbs, this makes it difficult to bathe him.

Awesome shampoo
From UndisclosedComments about BioHex Shampoo, 16ozMy Yorkie had yeast infected skin. Vet advised it is likely due to me not drying armpits exceptionally well. Used this shampoo 2x per week and left on her for 5 to 10 minutes each time. 2 weeks & it was gone! -

The Best Medicated Shampoo by Far
From UndisclosedComments about BioHex Shampoo, 16ozI massage BioHex Shampoo into Disney's coat and leave it for 10 minutes. Then I rinse and repeat. I massage Disney during these 2, ten minute periods so he has something to enjoy during his bath time. Some medicated shampoos leave a terrible smell. I have lots of allergies and pet Disney a lot. This is a fabulous medicated shampoo that smells fresh and clean and does not cause problems with my allergies when I pet my dog. It is fabulous for Bloodhounds who tend to tend towards skin allergies and fungal issues due to yeast between their wrinkles

Q & A

when do expect to have some in??
-
After a few days use, the white wipes and inside of container turned greyish. The bottom of container has a dark grey liquid, not quite sludge, but there are tiny bits of dark grey debris bits, and the top few wipes were white, then a few were rimmed with grey, and the remainder are grey, and the bottom wipe very dark. Is this the silver and expected? Or is this some kind of mold or bad container debris? The biohex website literature says nothing about 'product turning grey' so I am hesistant to continue use, reaching out to your company via this forum, and tried the vetbiotek company twice but only received vmail boxes, did leave message. Bought two of the BioHex Wipes from your company this month so I do have an unopened as well as this opened container. The first two wipes were white and moist (like most wipes). Use a wipe a day. Wear new medical gloves every time I grap a wipe from container.?
-
According to the manufacturer, the grey coloring comes from the micro mixed silver particles that are in the solution for the pads. The manufacturer states this does not cause any problem with the product, and it is a normal cosmetic look of the product.
