From Salem, OR, USAComments about Canine PlusI purchased this product to fill in my prescription order to save shipping. My dog is elderly and his regular vitamins were almost gone. I can't say anything about how effective they are because we just started using them. I can say the size is too large for my dog. Because he is elderly and has some eating issues, he can't chew hard things or large things. His previous vitamins have to be cut into 1/4th for him, and these vitamins are so large they don't fit into my pill cutter. It was a pain trying to cut them with a knife and they crumbled everywhere. I decided to put them into my cuisinart to chop up, but what a powdery mess! I now sprinkle a measured amount onto his food. I'm sure a normal dog would have no problems chewing these, and I'm sure it's a great product. But be aware it is a huge pill (about the size of a quarter) so if you have a small dog or an old dog with chewing problems this may not be the best for you.
