Nordic Naturals is a liquid Omega-3 fatty acid supplement for dogs and cats. It contains pure anchovy and sardine oil as a source of fatty acids as well as EPA and DHA for cellular health. Omega fatty acids help support a healthy immune system, skin and coat, and joint maintenance. Nordic Naturals oil contains no artificial colors and flavors is sourced from wild caught fish from the South Pacific Ocean. I have been giving this to our dogs for years!
From Centennial, COComments about Nordic Naturals Omega-3 PetMy vet recommends this product, NOT the less expensive cod liver oil. It is pricey, but worth it. We have 2 long-haired bearded collie mixes, and their coats look great!

There is recommended dosing available for cats weighing 2 pounds and above, however, the label does not indicate age cutoffs for this product.. My vet wants me to stick with the minimum recommended dosage of omega 3's for my cat with heart trouble. This would be 20 total mg of EPA&DHA per pound. He's 15 pounds... so I need a dose that would provide 300 total EPA & DHA. Where to find this info??

My dog is 6.5 lbs. Her cardiologist wants her to start Omega-3 with a dose of EPA 120 mg and DHA 75 mg/day. Do you have this dose in capsule for my dog??

We do not carry a capsule with that exact dose. The closet we have to that dose is the Omega-3 Pet soft gels which contains 150mg EPA and 90mg DHA. Thank you, VetRxDirect
