GentaSoothe is used to treat infected superficial lesions and wounds in dogs caused by bacteria that are susceptible to the antibiotic gentamicin. Gentamicin, the active ingredient in GentaSoothe, is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that kills harmful bacteria. GentaSoothe is calming and soothing because it also contains betamethasone valerate, an anti-inflammatory and anti-itch medication.
