Denamarin is a staple for our Timmy
Our Sheltie has been on Denamarin for over 2 years due to high liver enzymes and a recommendation for gall bladder removal due to sludge and a forming mucocele. We elected not to do the surgery as he was 10 1/2, and try to treat with Denamarin and very low fat food, as well as Ursodiol for the sludge and homeopathic remedies. I cannot say his numbers are better. They are actually worse and we know his liver may never be completely normal. But outside of occasional bouts of diarrhea, he has not been clinical and living a fairly normal life for a now almost 13 year old blessing. Yes, we have had to stay on top of things and spend money to do it, but there was no other choice. A precious part of our family. Can't say for sure how much Denamarin played in this, but we have given it to him faithfully and with recommendations and reviews, we will continue this supplement.
Most Liked Negative Review
Our beagle hates the taste of these.
I am so bummed but our dog spits this right out. In order to be able to use them up I'm resorting to dividing them in quarters and putting cheese around them. Our dog won't even take this in peanut butter. Thankfully for now she will take the regular Denamarin still with peanut butter. It is just more of a hassle so I was hoping the chewable a would have worked.

Cant find Denamarin for large dogs anywhere
From UndisclosedComments about Denamarin Chewable Tablets Medium Dogs 13 to 34lbs, 30ctWe have not been able to find the Denamarin for large Doges anywhere. At least Vet Rx has it for the medium doges and we just adjust the dosage. Thank you Vet Rx -
Glad to find Denamarin at a good price.
From Groveland, FLComments about Denamarin Chewable TabletsI agree that my dog, a lab hates the flavor and was seeking out the pill and spitting it out until I tried baby food turkey and chicken in the little jars. I use a baby spoon and bury the pill in the meat. She gobbles it up and does even notice even the pill. We do it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Now she runs to the spot where the pills are and waits for the treat. Give it a try, and, yes, Denamarin is making a difference in her blood work - a real God send.
